We use Talkshoe for several reasons: it's free, bandwidth is free, software is free and cross-platform. Conferences are automatically recorded and the RSS feeds is automatically generated. I have worked with the Talkshoe guys for the Kiva.org Talkathon, they're good people and they provide good service.
